Minerva Supported Living is led by a team with backgrounds in healthcare, education and residential management. The service is overseen by an experienced leadership team with responsibility for safeguarding, operational standards and regulatory compliance.

We believe in building practical skills for everyday independence. Our approach is designed to provide a stable residential environment close to Leicester city centre, helping individuals transition back into the community with confidence.

Sean founded Minerva Supported Living and holds responsibility for its regulated activities. His background spans pastoral care and safeguarding in residential education (St Paul’s, Eton College, Benenden), finance and HR leadership in global organisations, and a decade in property management — all of which underpin Minerva’s operational structure.

Georgia has oversight of management processes and is ultimately responsible for safeguarding and CQC compliance. She has a background in mental health care provision, complex needs and community rehabilitation.

Eberechi manages 31 Westleigh Road, working closely with residents and front line staff. She also provides support to Lauren at 33 Westleigh Road. Prior to her career in care, she worked in HR in financial services.

Lauren manages 33 Westleigh Road, working closely with residents and front line staff. She also provides support to Eberechi at 31 Westleigh Road. Prior to her career at Minerva, Lauren worked in accommodation property management and has many years of experience of supporting victims of domestic abuse.
