Founder & Managing Director
Sean founded Minerva Supported Living and holds responsibility for its regulated activities. His background spans pastoral care and safeguarding in residential education (St Paul’s, Eton College, Benenden), finance and HR leadership in global organisations, and a decade in property management — all of which underpin Minerva’s operational structure.

Georgia has oversight of management processes and is ultimately responsible for safeguarding and CQC compliance. She has a background in mental health care provision, complex needs and community rehabilitation. Georgia brings a wealth of knowledge in clinical governance and service development. She ensures that every placement is carefully matched and that our services meet the highest standards of safety, quality and person-centred care.

Eberechi manages 31 Westleigh Road, working closely with residents and front line staff. She also provides support to Lauren at 33 Westleigh Road. Prior to her career in care, she worked in HR in financial services. Eberechi is a dedicated Registered Manager with a strong background in complex care. She works closely with individuals, families and professionals to build support plans that are practical, consistent and focused on meaningful outcomes.

Lauren manages 33 Westleigh Road, working closely with residents and front line staff. She also provides support to Eberechi at 31 Westleigh Road. Prior to her career at Minerva, Lauren worked in accommodation property management and has many years of experience of supporting victims of domestic abuse. Lauren has a passion for building supportive communities and helping people develop everyday living skills. She leads her team to create calm, structured environments where people can grow in confidence and independence.
