WHO WE ARE
Sean Lambert - Proprietor
Sean read Latin with Greek and Linguistics at Exeter University and was an Army bursar. After a training injury cut short his army career, he trained as an accountant with Arthur Andersen in Reading and subsequently worked in recruitment and HR for Michael Page Finance, Accenture, IBM and Merrill Lynch, where he headed up Graduate and MBA Recruitment for Europe for the Investment Banking Division.
Sean decided to become a teacher in 2002 and, after a short spell at Abingdon School, spent four years at St Paul’s School in London, 10 years at Eton College as Head of Year 12 and a House Master, and two years at Benenden School as Deputy Head. His last role was as Senior Housemaster and Head of Classics at Reading Blue Coat School. Alongside his teaching career he built a successful property company over the last 10 years, which he recently sold to enable him to start this new enterprise.
Sean brings to the company expertise in financial and property management, leadership and management of people, allied to a passion for pastoral care.
Georgia Tippetts - Manager
Georgia is responsible for day to day operations at Minerva Supported Living. She has been working in Healthcare for the last ten years and brings with her a wealth of experience. The last six years have been spent looking after mental health patients, initially as a senior care assistant and subsequently as a medical secretary. Her most recent role involved managing the administration of patients under the various mental health acts currently in force. She enjoys the variety of hands-on care and administration her role at Minerva demands.
Rachael Collins
Rachael is Debbie's sister and has worked for more than 7 years at Sturdee Community Hospital. She works weekends for Minerva Supported Living and in her spare time enjoys looking after horses with Debs.
Eberechi Dickson Care Supervisor
Eberechi has over 16 years of banking experience in Nigeria and is currently a postgraduate student of International Business and Human Resources Management at De Montfort University. She is a part time support worker at Minerva Supported Living.
Steph Cooper
Steph has more years' experience than she cares to remember in different spheres of care; early years, dementia and latterly mental health. Her previous role was as a senior support worker in a locked mental health hospital. She is excited to be working in a community setting and being part of the Minerva team.
Busiswa Ndlovu – care supervisor
Over the past 10 years Busiswa has worked in varied settings within the care sector. These include working as a care assistant supporting the elderly in a nursing and residential home, working as an inclusion worker in a college supporting young adults with multiple and profound learning disabilities, and finally as an assistant manager, supporting children with complex health needs in the community. Busiswa’s favourite part of the job is meeting and building therapeutic relationships with each individual.
Debbie Bradley
Debbie has more than 20 years of experience working in secure settings with mental health patients at Sturdee Community Hospital. In her spare time she looks after horses with her sister, Rachael.
